Kevan visited Market Activity week in Chester-le-Street for the official launch. Due to the ongoing works at the Market Place, this year’s Market Activity Week is being held on the grassed area just off of Cone Terrace.
This is a week of free activities during the summer holidays that is arranged by the local Neighbourhood Policing Team. This project has benefited from funding from the Chester-le-Street & District Area Action Partnership, local Councillors and from Tesco Bags of Help.
