On Wednesday 13 November, Kevan attended an Assembly of Year 7 students at the North Durham Academy as they marked Remembrance Day.
Kevan, who also serves as a Commonwealth War Graves Commissioner, watched a performance put together by the Creative Arts Department. He then met with Principal, David Thornton, to look round the new Academy building.
