Yesterday Kevan Jones MP spoke in the second reading debate in the House of Commons on the Mesothelioma Bill.

The Bill aims to establish a mesothelioma payments scheme and to make provision about the resolution of some insurance disputes. Mr Jones welcomes that a move has been to begin compensating mesothelioma victims, but argued that a number of very important improvements should be made to the Bill.
