On Friday 24 May, Kevan took part in the official opening of the new Crossleas development in Sacriston.
Kevan joined staff and tenants from Cestria Community Housing to plant a time capsule to mark the official opening of the scheme, which includes 22 two bedroom bungalows.
Kevan said, “I am delighted to be able to join Cestria staff and tenants to officially open Crossleas. Everyone involved can be very proud of this new development, which has not only provided some much needed new homes in the village, but also represents a marked transformation of the area.
“I hope all the residents will be very happy in their new homes, and I very much look forwarded to watching the progress of Cestria’s future developments.”
