On Monday 7 July, Kevan visited St Bedes RC Primary School in Sacriston with Peter Brown, the Parliament Education Outreach Officer in the North East.
Peter has recently taken up his role working with schools across the region, with the aim of developing their understanding of Parliament, Democracy and to encourage widening participation and engagement between schools and the Parliament Education Service.
