Kevan Jones, Member of Parliament for North Durham, has offered his congratulations to all those students in his constituency who received their A-Level exam results today.
Kevan said, “I would like to offer my congratulations and best wishes to all those students across North Durham who have received their results today. I know from my contact with local schools how hard these students work and how much they deserve the no doubt excellent marks they have been awarded.
“I am sure when we see the full details of this year’s results, we will see once again how successful our local schools are, and what wonderful educational opportunities they offer our young people. Whether they are going on to university, college or the world of work, I offer all those who picked up their results today all the very best for the future.”
Students from 3 schools in Mr. Jones’ constituency were receiving their results today: The Hermitage Academy, Park View, and Roseberry Sports and Community College.
